Reflex – SpineTek

The Reflex is a shortboard that is extremely user friendly and ideal for smaller waves. The addition of the SPINE-TEK construction will give the Reflex extra performance, this blends well with the features of the board that are designed to make the board ideal for smaller surf.

The wider nose will pack more volume under the chest for paddle power and easy take offs while the width through the body will get you across the mushy sections so you can make the section that stands up. This gives you more opportunities to work on performance manoeuvres to improve you surfing.

A full rail and the swallow tail will make this board more forgiving and able to draw cleaner lines, the extra foam has been spread out through the board to still give you sensitivity in the tail to add some spark and flare in your turns.

The Reflex comes set up as a thruster with a Futures fin system, is best suited to waves from 1-4ft and would be ideal for surfers who are unable to get as much water time as they would like.

It uses a precision moulded fibre spine that is engineered to deliver a higher level of strength, durability and flex to performance surfboards. The innovation enhances overall performance by using kinetic energy to inject the board with additional speed, power and flow.
